I enjoyed the demo a lot. What is there of the art and the gameplay is charming and overall feels quite unique. Definitely something I'll keep an eye on.

P.S is there a download for the v0.1.2 version? The web one had some lag issues, and the download link takes you to the v0.1 (First Release) version.

Good concept, like the overall game, but I believe there are some issues that make it more annoying than satisfying to play.

1: I personally believe that the gunmen randomly shooting at the user whenever it is in range is overall messy, and can become an annoying burden later on during the game.

2: I also believe that the frequency/amount of enemies constantly appearing later on in the game is almost brutal, especially with the axe enemies, in which your allies would happen to get knocked into another party. This would just cause continuous chain reactions- making it extremely difficult to progress further.
